About Swap:

Swap is the infrastructure behind modern agentic commerce. The only AI-native platform connecting backend operations with a forward-thinking storefront experience.

Built for brands that want to sell anything - anywhere, Swap centralizes global operations, powers intelligent workflows, and unlocks margin-protecting decisions with real-time data and capability. Our products span cross-border, tax, returns, demand planning, and our next-generation agentic storefront, giving merchants full transparency and the ability to act with confidence.

At Swap, we’re building a culture that values clarity, creativity, and shared ownership as we redefine how global commerce works.

The Role

This is a strategic product marketing leadership position responsible for:

  • Defining how Swap wins.

  • Shaping the Agentic Commerce category.

  • Driving measurable revenue impact across products.

  • Equipping Sales to win in competitive enterprise environments.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success — translating complex commerce infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives that move pipeline and accelerate adoption.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or commerce infrastructure.

  • Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Strong track record of driving revenue impact — pipeline, win rate, adoption, or expansion.

  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise sales motions.

  • Deep understanding of cross-border commerce, duties & taxes, landed cost, DDP/DAP models, or complex e-commerce infrastructure (strongly preferred).

  • Experience building competitive intelligence programs.

  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels and how product integrates into them.

  • Experience working with measurement tools such as HubSpot and modern analytics platforms.

  • Highly strategic, highly organized, and highly accountable.

  • Comfortable operating autonomously and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex infrastructure into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Swap’s product positioning, messaging architecture, and Agentic Commerce category narrative.

  • Define ICP segmentation, personas, and vertical-specific value propositions aligned to revenue targets.

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new products and major releases.

  • Build comprehensive sales enablement programs (pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, industry collateral) to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.

  • Drive measurable revenue impact including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, product adoption, and expansion.

  • Own competitive intelligence and strategic differentiation against key commerce infrastructure players.

  • Translate complex cross-border, duties & taxes, and compliance workflows into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap prioritization based on market feedback and commercial opportunity.

  • Lead customer research, win/loss analysis, and persona development to continuously refine positioning.

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Growth to define KPIs, measure performance, and embed product narratives across acquisition and lifecycle channels.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary.

  • Stock options in a high-growth startup.

  • Competitive PTO with public holidays additional.

  • Private Health.

  • Pension.

  • Wellness benefits.

  • Breakfast Mondays.
