ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mission

As the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, you are the architect of the Numa narrative. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the global story of how Numa is disrupting the €100B European hospitality market. You aren't just a "press officer"—you are a strategic storyteller who can pivot from a high-level B2B investor story on LinkedIn to a viral B2C lifestyle trend in seconds.

What You’ll Do

  • The "One Voice" Strategy: Own the end-to-end corporate narrative, balancing B2B (investors, real estate partners, tech media) with B2C (lifestyle, travel, and guest-facing stories).
  • Storytelling & Content: Move beyond traditional PR. You will find the "human soul" in our data-driven model and turn it into compelling long-form content, thought leadership, and digital stories.
  • CEO & Executive Presence: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO. You will manage his public profile, craft keynotes, and lead his LinkedIn strategy to drive industry-wide authority.
  • Integrated Lifestyle PR: Work closely with the Brand team to ensure Numa is a staple in lifestyle and travel media (Vogue, Monocle, Condé Nast), focusing on design and the "modern traveler" experience.

ABOUT YOU

  • Growth Mindset: You don't wait for a brief. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced "scale-up" environment where the target is always moving.
  • The Master Storyteller: You have a proven track record of taking complex tech/business models and making them sexy for mainstream lifestyle media.
  • Industry Agnostic: You don't need a hotel background. We value experience from high-growth Tech, Fintech, D2C, or Disruptive Brands over traditional hospitality.
  • Agency Management: You know how to get the absolute best out of external partners, holding them accountable to high-impact results, not just "clippings."

Bonus Points

  • Experience with "Founder-led" communications or executive branding.
  • A strong existing network in the European Tech (B2B) and Lifestyle (B2C) media landscape.
  • Experience navigating the narrative shift of a company post-acquisition.
